But this moving experience is not something I am happy with, and I don't feel that I got the respects I should have had as a customer. I am not a picky person, I usually gave out positive reviews for the services I received. I also expressed my dissatisfaction over the online survey, and they replied me that someone will contact me within 7 business days. ![]() This is definitely a big surprise for me.ġ) The movers are not the fastest workers for sure.Ģ) They spent a lot of time wrapping things, and over wrapped a lot of items including some smaller items like a few outdoor folding chairs I bought from Costco.ģ) They don't do on-site estimate, only online estimate, but the fact that the estimation differs so much from the real moving cost is something buyers be aware of.Ĥ) I expressed my disappointment of such a discrepancy to movers, and they told me that the customers service will take care of my case. He did an estimate for me online for about 4 hour job with 2 movers, and an estimation about $500-$600 total.Ģ movers came on time at moving day, and eventually they spent 9.5 hours to do the moving, including 1.5 hours of overtime. I called Grizzly and discussed my move with Jade. The rest of the stuff are all small items which I put into about 20 boxes before mover came. It is a pretty simple move, I don't have much stuff, only 3 beds which needs disassemble and reassemble Washer and dryer, which I disconnected 3 computer desks and an exercise machine which I disassembled myself before move and reassembled myself after move. Grizzly Moving helped me to move from my rental house to my own house which is about 20 minutes away at the end of June.
